What Are Prompts?

Prompts are the queries you track — the questions users might ask AI assistants. Examples:
  • “Best project management tools for startups”
  • “Recommend a CRM for small business”
  • “Top restaurants in Austin”
Each prompt runs across the AI platforms your plan supports and measures how often your brand appears.

Creating Prompts

  1. Go to Prompts in the dashboard
  2. Click Add prompt
  3. Enter the query text
  4. Select AI models (plan-dependent)
  5. Choose schedule: Once, Daily, or Weekly (paid plans only)

Scheduled prompts run automatically at 9 AM. Free plan users must click Run manually.

Usage Limits

Prompts count against your monthly limit. One prompt × 4 models = 1 prompt used. Running the same prompt daily uses 30 prompts per month.
