What Are Sources & Citations?
Citations are third-party sources that mention your brand ā G2 reviews, Reddit discussions, blog articles, and news mentions. AI models like ChatGPT and Claude rely on these sources to form their responses. More high-quality citations mean a higher chance of being recommended by AI.
