What Are Sources & Citations?

Citations are third-party sources that mention your brand — G2 reviews, Reddit discussions, blog articles, and news mentions. AI models like ChatGPT and Claude rely on these sources to form their responses. More high-quality citations mean a higher chance of being recommended by AI. The Sources page helps you build citations through campaigns.

Why This Matters for AI Visibility

AI assistants cite sources when answering. When more reputable sources (reviews, forums, news) mention your brand, AI is more likely to recommend you. Sources & Citations helps you systematically build that authority.
