What the Mentions Page Shows

The Mentions page lists where your brand (or competitors) are referenced online — Twitter, LinkedIn, news sites, review sites, forums, etc. These are pulled from AI responses when your brand is mentioned.

Two Tabs

  • My Brand — Places where your brand is mentioned
  • Competitors — Places where competitors are mentioned
Use the toggle at the top to switch between them.

How to Use It

  1. Go to Mentions in the sidebar
  2. Optionally filter by Brand (if you have multiple)
  3. Switch between My Brand and Competitors
  4. Browse by source type (Social Media, News, Forums, etc.)
  5. Click a link to open the source

What Each Mention Shows

Each mention typically includes:
  • Source type — e.g., Social Media, News Article, Review Site
  • Source name — e.g., “Twitter”, “G2”, “TechCrunch”
  • Link — Direct URL to the mention
  • Platform — Which AI model found it (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • When discovered — When we first saw it

When Mentions Appear

Mentions are only saved when an AI response actually mentions your brand. General citation links (e.g., G2 or Capterra) that don’t mention your brand are not stored. Run prompts regularly to keep mentions up to date.
