What Are Alerts?
Alerts notify you when something important happens to your AI visibility — a drop in rankings, a new competitor mention, negative sentiment, or a new brand mention.Alert Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Visibility Drop | Your brand’s visibility score dropped significantly |
| Competitor Change | A competitor’s visibility changed relative to yours |
| Negative Sentiment | Your brand was mentioned with negative sentiment |
| New Mention | Your brand was mentioned in a new source |
Severity Levels
Alerts have severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low. Higher severity alerts appear first and may trigger email notifications (if configured).How to View Alerts
- Go to Alerts in the sidebar
- Use the brand filter to show alerts for one brand or all brands
- See Active alerts (unresolved) and Resolved alerts
- Click Resolve when you’ve addressed an alert
