What Are Alerts?

Alerts notify you when something important happens to your AI visibility — a drop in rankings, a new competitor mention, negative sentiment, or a new brand mention.

Alert Types

Visibility DropYour brand’s visibility score dropped significantly
Competitor ChangeA competitor’s visibility changed relative to yours
Negative SentimentYour brand was mentioned with negative sentiment
New MentionYour brand was mentioned in a new source

Severity Levels

Alerts have severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low. Higher severity alerts appear first and may trigger email notifications (if configured).

How to View Alerts

  1. Go to Alerts in the sidebar
  2. Use the brand filter to show alerts for one brand or all brands
  3. See Active alerts (unresolved) and Resolved alerts
  4. Click Resolve when you’ve addressed an alert

Resolving Alerts

When you’ve handled an alert (e.g., improved content or investigated a drop), click Resolve to move it to the resolved list. Resolved alerts stay in history so you can review trends.
