# Billing & Upgrading

> How to manage your subscription and upgrade your plan.

## Viewing Your Plan

1. Go to **Billing** in the sidebar
2. You’ll see:
   * **Current plan** — Free, Starter, Growth, or Custom
   * **Usage** — Brands, prompts, competitors used vs limit
   * **Plan cards** — Available plans and features

## How to Upgrade

1. Go to **Billing**
2. Find the plan you want (Starter or Growth)
3. Click **Upgrade** or **Choose \[Plan]**
4. You’ll be redirected to Stripe checkout
5. Complete payment
6. Your plan and limits update right away

## Plan Comparison

Growth and Custom also include Content, Schema, and A/B Testing.

## Managing Your Subscription

* **Change plan** — Use the Billing page to upgrade or downgrade
* **Cancel** — Use **Manage subscription** to open the Stripe portal and cancel
* **Update payment** — Use the Stripe portal to update your card

## What Happens When You Hit a Limit

* **Prompts** — "Query limit reached" message; upgrade or wait for the next month
* **Competitors** — "Competitor limit reached"; upgrade to add more
* **Brands** — "Brand limit reached"; upgrade to add more
* **Content/Schema** — Monthly limits; upgrade or wait for reset
